Ultimately, the way you relate to them helps to determine the work you will do with the kids. If you work together well, then chances are you will be more equipped to collaborate with each other and make changes on your respective units. I work at The May Institute in Boston with kids ages 6-12 with behavioral issues, and I would love a chance to read your book! I think it would offer some insight into my kid's lives.
